Shipping
Our BOUGIE Beauty units have a processing/production time of 7-14 business days. After processing, your unit is shipped via UPS, using their ground shipping option (which typically takes 3-5 business days; however, The Bougie Beauty Experience is not responsible for any shipping delays, once the unit is rendered to the shipping company).

The Bougie Beauty Experience Hair FAQS
A: The amount of BOUGIE bundles needed are dependent upon the length of hair you're purchasing. Our firm recommendations are below:
12” to 24″ - We recommend 3 bundles.
26″- 30" - We recommend 4+ bundles.
Our lux bundles and units last a very long time, with proper care. Our Roses typically use our lux hair for 2+ years.
Our units are typically used beyond 2 years, with regular frontal/closure maintenance.
A: Yes, our Bougie bundles can be dyed to your desired colors. Please keep in mind that after dying your lux bundles, you will need to ensure the hair is moisturized and conditioned regularly.
A:
- Shampoo at least once every 2 weeks.
- Use non sulfate products.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Apply conditioner
- Comb through your unit/bundles with a wide tooth comb, ALWAYS starting at the ends, working your way up towards your scalp.
- Rinse thoroughly.
Daily Maintenance:
- Use styling products minimally to avoid build-up.
- Use a spray bottle with water and a leave-in conditioner for our rose wave/curly hair.
- Always comb your luxurious bundles beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp.
