Shipping Policy: 


Please review The Bougie Beauty Experience’s shipping policy below: 


To ensure we have adequate time to create our Bougie wig units and process orders, we do not offer rush orders. 

Please note processing time and shipping times are not the same. Each order is processed, then shipped to our Bougie Beauties:


Processing is 7-14 business days. 


Business days are Monday – Friday. 


We do not process orders on the weekends

The processing time for bundles, closures, frontals & hair products is 7-8 business days. Shipping time is 3 – 5 business days after processing.


For The Bougie Beauty Experience Custom Units: Shipping time is 3 - 5 business days after processing. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes. Please ensure you have entered your actual address for shipping, as all product packages must be signed for.


We reserve each holiday and do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on Friday AFTER 1 PM CT will begin processing the following business day (Monday). 


Since The Bougie Beauty Experience does not offer rush order shipping, please allow yourself enough time to receive your items based on the processing and shipping times listed above. 


All packages require signature confirmation. If you are not home to sign your package, please ensure that someone else is. UPS will typically make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave notice of their attempts to deliver to the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you MUST pay for the order to be re-shipped.


  • Standard shipping w/ adult signature (required on all wig purchases) - $15.99 (2-3 business days). We ship via UPS only.

Refund Policy: 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return on all bundles, lace products, and accessories.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
*Due to the nature of our wigs (especially custom units), we do not offer returns/refunds for them* Should you have an issue with your wig unit(s), please contact us at We will try our best to address any concerns you may have. Please refer to the below example of an item that is non-returnable: 


Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.




We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
